Classic, a very pleasant pale straw colored wine made from Rkatsiteli and Kakhetian Mtsvane grape varieties. It offers the dominant aroma of quince and is medium-bodied and rich in the mouth with a smooth finish. Matches well with light salads, grilled vegetables, chicken with citrus dressing, and steamed fish.
