Mince meat, add chopped onion and greens, salt, pepper, boiled rice, and mix well.
Cut soft tomatoes and blanch for 10 minutes. Seed and salt cored eggplants. Cut sweet peppers tops off, seed and blanche for 3-5 minutes. Cut hard tomatoes stalks off, core, salt. Seed apples and cut into rings.
Stuff eggplants, pepper and tomatoes with minced meat and lid with their tops. Serve stuffed vegetables in layers in turns with apples. Dress with the tomato sauce and stew until ready.
