You need to marinade it pork to get the best flavor. For this much pork as you see on the picture, put salt (you need to figure out how much), black pepper (grinded), two average size of onions (cut in "rings"), couple laurel leaves, one lemon (squeeze on it). Put everything in pot and leave it like that for minimum 4 hours. Store it in fridge. You can store it for 12 hours (which is better). Take it out and grill it on grape stems to get best flavor. Otherwise you can use coals or whatever you guys will find in woods :))))
