Sort out beans, wash and boil in a little amount of water until ready. Add boiled water when cooking if necessary. 5-10 minutes before the end of the cooking season with salt, add chopped onion.
Season the ready beans with garlic and pepper. Chop greens, mix with salt, season with apple vinegar and blend with the beans before serving.
