Dissolve salt, sugar and yeast in the warm water, add eggs, flour and knead dough. Stir in melted butter and leave to stand for 2 hours. Knock back in 1-2 draughts.

Grate cheese, mix together with eggs, melted butter and sour cream.

Divide dough into 10 pieces, roll out cakes. Center with the stuffing. Pinch the edges up and press slightly, then roll out 0.5 inch thick, make a hallow in the center. Bake on a greased baking sheet over 448 °F (220 °C) until ready. Brush with butter.

Ingredients:

2 1/5 lb wheat flour
2 cups water or milk
3-4 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp butter for stuffing
4 eggs for dough and 3 for stuffing
1/2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
* for stuffing
2 1/5 lb Sulguni cheese*
1 cup sour cream


*Sulguni - Is very similar to Mozzarella, but is a bit more salty. So, you can use Mozzarella.
