Soak cauliflower in cold water for 10-15 minutes, rinse, break into florets, boil in slightly salted water, and throw on a colander.
Sauté cauliflower with chopped onion, add chopped greenery, saffron, salt, pepper.
Coat the paste with whipped with melted butter eggs, and cook in the oven until ready. Serve with chopped greens.
